License: We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning.
Prohibited Activities: No scraping, reverse engineering, automated account creation, or transmitting malware or harmful content.
Content Standards: User-generated content must be lawful, respectful, and appropriate to language-learning contexts.
Compliance: You are responsible for complying with local regulations applicable to your use of the service.
Availability: Service availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, abusive behavior, or suspected fraud.

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent.
Security: Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available.
Accuracy: Provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Account Closure: You may close your account at any time; we may retain records where required by law.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

Pricing: Prices may change; current prices are shown at checkout prior to payment.
Taxes: Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Failed Payments: We may pause access until payment issues are resolved.
Chargebacks: Unfounded chargebacks may result in account limitations.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Eligibility: Refunds apply to first-time purchases unless otherwise specified.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

No Warranties: Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability or fitness.
Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Maximum Liability: Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid within the preceding 12 months.
Third Parties: We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.
